The new Four Stone Hearth is up and running, and from what I've read so far, there's a very nice mix of some thought provoking posts, especially the one at Neuroanthroplogy which unleashes a virulent attack on the hapless meme, as defined by Dennett and Blackmore - the meme which suggests that the idea of memes is a good one has clearly failed to make any impact on Greg Downey, who makes some very good points about why he thinks memetics has no basis in scientific reality.
